I chose Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Eggs at the gym this morning. I asked for it to be made with no butter, and just a touch of milk.Right... earlier today SW posted on Facebook asking people for tips for holidays!
Most of the 'tips' were along the lines of 'enjoy yourself' and 'forget the diet', which is fine for some people, but there were not enough genuine supportive tips for my liking!
I'm a huge fan of Goodlife products! Their French Bean & Spinach Sausages and Picador Parsnip & Sweet Carrot Nut Burgers feature heavily in my meal plan - I always have them in my freezer. When I heard about the new ready meals I couldn't wait to give them a try! I like to have regular meat free meals and being low in Syns too makes them the perfect freezer meal to have to hand.

This is a B choice plus 3 syns, taking the overall syns down to 9. Please check the syns on your brand of flour to protect your weight loss. Sift flour and add in two of the eggs, 2 yolks, banana, baking powder, vanilla, and sweetner and mix well. In a separate bowl whisk the whites of the remaining two eggs to stiff peaks. Fold the mixture together and place in a cake tin or loaf tin. My silicone case is 20cm. Bake for 25 minutes at 180° fan. Cut into slices are serve. Divide the syns by the no of slices you get. I cut mine into 4 at 3.5 syns a slice. I served mine with a tsp of cashew butter and flavoured quark for a lovely dessert!
Read moreFor this I used; 250g Quark 35g Oats 4 tbsp Skinny Syrups 100g Frozen Berries Mix the quark with the Skinny Syrups until thoroughly mixed in and smooth. Stir in the oats and mix well. Top with frozen fruit - frozen is better, as it add moisture to the oats. Leave overnight in the fridge. Enjoy!
