Tandoori Chicken & Boiled Rice

Chicken legs (all fat removed)
200g fat free natural yogurt
6 tbsp tomato puree
4 tbsp tandoori curry powder
1 tsp hot chilli powder
2 tsp sea salt
3 tbsp lemon juice
lime wedges, to serve

miix together the yogurt, tomato puree, curry powder, chilli powder, 2 tsp sea salt and lemon juice, then rub into the chicken pieces. cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for 4 - 5 hours, or overnight if time permits.

Cut slices into chicken to allow marinade to enter chicken.

Oven cook 40 minutes
