Boneless chicken with all fat and skin removed.
Nandos Lemon & Herb Rub.
Cucumber (or what ever salad / vegetables you prefer).
Cut chicken into bitesized cubes / slices and put into a bowl.
Add Nandos Rub to the bowl and mix to coat all the chicken.
Put the chicken on kebab skewers (I got mine in Asda - 6 for Â£1).
Place under the grill. No need to add oil or fry light. A small amount if burning will occur on the edges but it adds to the kebab taste.
Serve with salad or veg of your choice.
3.5 syns for the Nandos Rub which is a 75g packet. You could get away with using less if you wish. You can buy various Nandos Rubs for chicken.
