Tonight we are having dinner at Wetherspoons.
Their menu does have a lot of no go foods, although several of their menu items are listed on the Slimming World App with syn values.
There is a healthy section of the menu which has dishes under 500 calories, but I opted for the 14oz Rump steak. I asked them to swap chips for salad and checked their cooking methods with the bartender. I was assured they do not use any oil and steaks are cooked directly on the grill. That's what i like to hear!
A successful meal out while remaining on plan :)
