Campfire Stew (EE and EESP friendly)

1 Small Gammon Joint (all visible fat removed)
1 Chopped Onion
2 Chopped Peppers
3 Crushed Garlic Cloves
1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
2 tins of Baked Beans
6 Tablespoons Tomato Puree
1 red chilli finely chopped
Place all the ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on a low heat for 6 hours. Seperate the Gammon with forks before serving.
