Italian Pizza Chicken

I saw this recipe cooked by Gino D'acampo on This Morning. I realised it was easily adaptable to Slimmimg World so i decided to cook it so I could use up my chicken I had in the fridge.
Ingredients:
2 400g Tins of Chopped Tomatoes.
3 Sliced Garlic Cloves
1 teaspoon oregano
70g Mozzarella per person*
2 chicken breasts
Italian salad bag
Put tomatoes, garlic and oregano in the slow cooker. Trim any excess fat from the chicken breasts and pop in the slow cooker with the sauce. Make sure they are fully submerged.

Once cooked, plate up the chicken with sauce. Add the sliced mozzarella to the top of the chicken breast. Pop the plate under the grill for a few minutes or until the cheese melts. Be careful the plate will get hot.
Add some salad and serve.
*70g Mozzarella is a HEA for the Asda Chosen by You Lighter Mozzarella. Always check the brand against your book or app to ensure you use the right amount. Each brand varies in weight allowance for  a HEA. I chose this brand because the portion allowed is more generous than some others.
