EESP Crustless Quiche

This crustless quiche recipe is SP friendly and packed full of protein.

I am using:

Lean bacon
Chopped Onion
Fat free cottage cheese
4 to 5 eggs (depending on dish size)
70g of low fat chedder (HEA for 2 people)
Cherry tomatoes


Fry off onions and bacon in fry light.

Mix eggs and cottage cheese together.

Add the onions and bacon to the quiche dish and pour over the egg mix.

Sprinkle the chedder on top of the quiche mix.
Add halved cherry tomatoes to the top of the quiche.

Cook in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes at 180°. Depending on your dish size you may need to adjust the cooking time accordingly.
