Onion & Chive cottage cheese (P)
8 slices of smoked bacon (no fat) (P)
1 small onion (S)
Cherry tomatoes (S)
6 eggs ( P )
Fry bacon and Onions together until cooked. Place these in your flan dish.
Mix cottage cheese with eggs in a bowl.
Pour the mixture into your flan dish and top with halved cherry tomatoes.
Cook in the oven at 180Â° for 25 minutes.
Serve with salad or veg for 50% speed foods.
You do not need to add any salt to this recipe, because the bacon adds a salty taste to the meal.
