So I am coming to the end of Week 9. I weigh in tomorrow morning at 9.30am.
I have had another good week. Stuck to plan 100% and I have enjoyed some great new meals this week.
I get asked very often how I've managed to lose over 2 stone in 8 weeks. The truth is there is no secret, there's no magic trick. It is simply following plan and your own metabolic rate that determines how much you lose.
I had been trying to get on plan since I had my baby in May 2014. It took me 7 months to get my mind in the right place, but when I finally did I got off to a storming start. I have worked incredibly hard for my losses and I haven't cheated once.
I'm focused on hitting my target and I will get there in 2015.
I've had a couple of sarcastic comments about how quickly I've been loosing weight, sadly from a fellow slimming world member. I'm just keeping my head down and doing all I can to get where I want to be. Just smile and keep on keeping on.
