Crustless quiche, blue cheese stuffed portobello mushroom, with baked beans

Tonight for dinner we had crustless quiche.
I made it with:

5 medium eggs
1 tub of cottage cheese with onions and chive
4 bacon medallions
Frozen onions
8 cherry tomatoes

Simply mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, pour into a flan dish, top with cherry tomatoes and cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°.

I served mine with a portobello mushroom. I stuffed my husbands mushroom with Laughing Cow Light Blue cheese (4 is HEA).

Very quick. Very tasty. So simple.
