Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, babycorn, spinach, tinned chopped tomatoes, garlic, frozen onions, frozen casserole veg, beetroot, apples, frozen cauliflower and broccoli.
Meat / Protein:
Lamb chops, 2 Steaks, lean diced beef, lean bacon, 15 eggs, prawns, ham, SW meatballs, gammon, cottage cheese, Laughing Cow Light Blue Cheese, Salmon.
: Aunt Bessie Home Bake yorkshires, Alpen Light Bars, Ryvita Dark Rye, baked beans, Muller Light Chocolate Fix.
Wednesday: Gammon steak & salad
Thursday: Beef stew with casserole veg and yorkshires
Friday: Steak with Salad or vegetables.
Saturday: Lamb with cauliflower, broccoli, and yorkshires
Sunday: Salmon and babycorn
Monday: SW Meatballs in a home made tomato sauce with spinach
Tuesday: Crustless Quiche (eggs, cottage cheese and lean bacon) with baked beans.
Salad with Ham, Prawns, or Eggs, served with Ryvita and Laughing Cow Light Cheese. I vary what meat I have with salad each day.
Alpen Light, Fruit, and 2 boiled eggs.
Dessert / Syns:
I usually have a Muller Choc fix, or I have a stash of Galaxy Ripples at home. Unless my syns are used for yorkshire puddings that day.
