I tried the Tikka Masala ready meal last night. It was delish! My husband even said it was the best curry he's had. I would definitely buy it again.
I'm following EESP, so this meal wouldn't ordinarily be suitable, but on SP you are allowed to have an extra HEA or some free yogurt to boost your calcium. On that basis I feel happy to count the yogurt in the curry towards my extra calcium.
I highly recommend giving this one a go. I served it with mixed speed vegetables.
