Lots of people ask why I've been so successful on Slimming World. 'What do you eat?' is the most common question I get asked.
For me, the eating is 50% of the battle. The support is the other 50%. I always stay to group without fail. I listen to everyone else's successes and failures, we celebrate and support together. I enjoy going to weigh in and then to chat with everyone afterwards about how well I've done. I get praise, congratulations, and encouragement to carry on.
I know some people go it alone, but research suggests that a member who stays to group is more likely to be successful than those who weigh and go.
