Lunch: Ham Salad with balsamic dressing.

Dinner: Minted Lamb with Flava it Mint marinade. Cauliflower, broccoli, and 2 Yorkshires. 6 syns (2 for marinade and 4 for yorkshires)

Snack: Hifi light (HEB) and raspberries. Glass of milk (HEA)
