It's that time of the week again...

Weigh day tomorrow. I've got another good week behind me, so I'm keen to step on them scales.

This week my baby boy turns 1 year old. He is my motivation to lose weight and get healthy. When I had him I was determined to get back in shape by the time he turned 1, but I didn't manage to find my motivation as easy as I'd hoped. I finally joined Slimming World (and kept going back) when he was 7 months old, but I really thought my chance of getting in shape by his first birthday was slim (excuse the pun).

I've worked super hard for every one of my losses and I have followed plan 100% for every day of the last 20 weeks. I didn't expect a quick fix or a speedy loss, but the combination of being a full time mum to a feisty little boy and the EESP plan has helped my losses stay consistent.

I still have some more to lose to get me to that healthy BMI I am aiming for, but to be 2.5lbs short of a 5 stone loss means I am not uncomfortably facing my son's 1st Birthday Party. I'm confident, happy, and healthier.

I'm so glad I walked through those doors 19 weeks 6 days ago, because I have gained so much for losing the lbs!
