Mayflower Curry in the Slow Cooker

2 sliced white onions
2 chopped green peppers
4 chicken breasts
85g Mayflower Curry powder
340ml water

In the slow cooker bowl add the curry powder and 340ml water. Whisk until mixed. Add whole chicken breasts and onions. Cook on LOW for 8 hours (or until dinner time). 1 hour before serving oven roast the green peppers for 10 minutes at 180° (fan) then add to curry.

Split into 3 portions for 4 syns each, or 2
portions for 6 syns each.
