Slimming World Oat Cookies

Ingredients:

4 tbsp of sweetner
1 egg
35g porridge oats
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Method:

Mix the porridge oats with the sweetner in a medium sized mixing bowl. In a separate bowl mix the egg and then add to the oats. Stir together, then finally add the vanilla extract.

Leave the mix to stand for 15 minutes.

Place a heaped teaspoon of the mixture into the bottom of silicone cake cases and bake them in the oven for 15 minutes at 180° fan. By using silicone cake cases you get a nice even round cookie. I made 9 cookies with my mix.

These are syn free if you use the oats as your Healthy Extra B. If you aren't using your Healthy Extra B then count 6 syns for the oats. My cookies are about 0.5 syns each (0.7 to be exact).
