Chocolate Orange Slimming World Oat Cookies

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of Canderel granulated sweetner
1 egg
2 tablespoons of Muller Light orange sprinkled with chocolate (syn free)
35g porridge oats (Healthy Extra B or 6 syns if not using as B choice)

Method:

Mix the porridge oats with the powdered sweetner and add the muller light. In a separate bowl mix your egg well, and then add to the oats mixture. Stir well.

Pop a tablespoon of the mixture into the bottom of silicone cupcake cases to ensure a non stick even round bake.

Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 mins (until golden brown) and serve with some mixed berries for speed.
