For this I used:
17g Grapenuts (half a B choice or 3 syns)
1 tsp Sweet Freedom Syrup (1 syn)
125g (half tub) Quark
White Chocolate Options (2 syns)
Weigh out your grapenuts and place in the bottom of your serving dish. Squeeze on 4.6g (1 tsp) of Sweet Freedom Syrup and mix well.
In a separate bowl mix your quark with the hot chocolate sachet. Spoon the mix over the grapenuts.
Top with fresh raspberries.
Leave your cheesecake in the fridge to set for at least 1 hour until brgore you serve it. It gives the grape nuts enough time to soak up the syrup and allows the quark to set nicely.
