Slimming World Egg Muffins (syn free)

For this I used:

1 tub of fat free onion and chive cottage cheese
5 eggs
Smoked ham
Cherry tomatoes
Salt and pepper to season

In a jug mix together the eggs, cottage cheese, salt and pepper.

Spray your muffin tin with fry light and line the muffin tins with a whole slice of smoked ham.

Pour in the mixture and top each muffin with a half of cherry tomatoe. 

Bake at 200° fan for 25 minutes.
