2 Wheatabix (HEB)
50g mashed banana (2.5 syns)
15g Prutella (39 calories / 2 syns)
50ml milk (1 syn or HEA)
1/2 tbsp Stevia or Sweetner of your choice.
For this recipe I poured 50ml of milk over the Wheatabix and mashed them up.
Then add the beaten egg and mix well.
Mash your banana and add this to the mix along with 15g Prutella Spread. Add sweetner if you are using one.
Bake at 180Â° fan for 25 minutes.
