1 large apple or 2 small (2.5 to 5 syns for cooked apple depending on size)
35g porridge oats (B choice)
6 tsp Sweet Freedom Syrup (3 syns)
Using a melon baller scoop out the centre of a large apple. Leaving around 1cm of apple at the bottom to retain your filling.
My 2 apples weigh 150g so I'm counting 2.5 syns (1.5 syns per 100g).
Mix your oats with sweet freedom syrup, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Weigh your apple so you can calculate the syns (refer to the books or app to work out the syns). If your apple is too heavy then scoop out some more from the middle. Scoop enough of the centre out to fit in all your oats.
Stuff the centre of the apple with your oats.
Place in a glass dish and fill with around 1 cm of water. Bake at 200Â° covered in foil for 20 mins. Remove foil and bake for a further 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve with a 12.5g spray of cream for 1.5 syns or 100ml of Light Single cream for 6 syns.
