Slimming World Fruit Crumble

I had a beautiful homemade crumble yesterday made by my husbands aunt. I'm really into comfort food at the moment and I'm constantly thinking of new ways to adapt my comfort eating ways to SW meals, so here's my take on a fruit crumble...

150g Raspberries (2 syns for cooked fruit / 3 syns for 250g)
35g Post Grape-nuts (HEB)
1 tablespoon Stevia or Sweetner
1 tablespoon of water  

For this recipe I simply placed the raspberries in a small pie dish and sprinkled over the stevia. I then placed the fruit in the oven for 20 minutes at 200° fan. Check regularly to ensure your fruit isn't burning. I added a tbsp of water part way through cooking.

After 20 minutes in the oven and when your fruit is nicely cooked down, add the grapenuts on top of your fruit and place back in the oven for a further 10 minutes. I also added another drop of water before putting the grapenuts on and gave the fruit a little shuffle around.

Tip - You know when you get to the end of the box of Grapenuts and the crumbs get smaller? I used the smaller crumbs at the end of my box because they have a more crumble like texture.

Serve with some fat free natural yogurt or sweetened quark.
