I thought I'd re post this recipe, as it's a fave of ours in this house and Muscle Foods have an offer on their mince for my followers...
400g Extra Lean British Mince for 95p

For this recipe I used
1 Chopped onion
3 tbsp tomato puree
Tin chopped tomatos
5% Fat Mince
300ml Oxo Stock (2 cubes)
In a pan fry off your onions in frylight. Add the mince and brown slightly, then add your mushrooms.
After a few minutes add your tinned toms, stock, puree, and splash of Worcester sauce. Add garlic powder and pinch of chilli powder to taste.
Simmer for 15 to 20 mins. Season well with salt and pepper.
Serve with pasta, or for an eesp meal serve with corgetti or you can even use it to stuff a Butternut Squash.
