For this you need:
1 sachet of Hartleys Sugar Free Jelly (Strawberry or Raspberry) - 1.5 syns
1 Arla Protein - 1 syn
Add 285ml of boiling water to your jelly sachet and stir well until all the crystals have dissolved. Leave to cool for 2 or 3 minutes.
Meanwhile stir up your Arla Protein in the pot to loosen the yogurt a little. Add the yogurt to the jelly mix and stir until there are no lumps. Pour into your choices of mould or dish. You can make several desserts, mini sweets, or 1 larger dessert like I have.
Refrigerate overnight to allow your jelly to set. Enjoy!
Right... earlier today SW posted on Facebook asking people for tips for holidays!
Most of the 'tips' were along the lines of 'enjoy yourself' and 'forget the diet', which is fine for some people, but there were not enough genuine supportive tips for my liking!
Ingredients: Self raising flour 50g** - 8 syns 150g Mashed Banana - 6 syns 4 eggs 1 tsp Baking powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 small cup Stevia (or sweetner of your choice) **Healthy Alternative** Grind your own flour from oats (50g oats) in a food processor and use in place of flour. This is a B choice plus 3 syns, taking the overall syns down to 9. Please check the syns on your brand of flour to protect your weight loss. Sift flour and add in two of the eggs, 2 yolks, banana, baking powder, vanilla, and sweetner and mix well. In a separate bowl whisk the whites of the remaining two eggs to stiff peaks. Fold the mixture together and place in a cake tin or loaf tin. My silicone case is 20cm. Bake for 25 minutes at 180Â° fan. Cut into slices are serve. Divide the syns by the no of slices you get. I cut mine into 4 at 3.5 syns a slice. I served mine with a tsp of cashew butter and flavoured quark for a lovely dessert!Read more
For this I used; 250g Quark 35g Oats 4 tbsp Skinny Syrups 100g Frozen Berries Mix the quark with the Skinny Syrups until thoroughly mixed in and smooth. Stir in the oats and mix well. Top with frozen fruit - frozen is better, as it add moisture to the oats. Leave overnight in the fridge. Enjoy!Read more
For this I used: Icelands Pulled Chicken Stubbs BBQ sauce A choice cheese Cook the pulled chicken as pre instructions on packet. Top with BBQ sauce (2 tbsp for 1.5 syns). Place your choice of cheese on top and melt the cheese under the grill for a few minutes. Serve with carrot chips for speed.Read more
