For this I used:
BFree Wrap (B choice)
A choice cheddar
Bernard Matthews BBQ turkey
BBQ sauce - 1.5 syns
Place your wrap on to a baking tray.
Put 2 measured tbsp of BBQ sauce in the centre of the wrap and use the back of your spoon to evenly spread the sauce over your wrap.
Weigh and measure your cheddar *check your A allowance for brand you choose* and place on top of your pizza.
Top the cheese with BBQ Turkey pieces.
Place in the oven at 180Â° for 5 to 10 minutes. Keep a very close eye on it, as it cooks very quickly depending on your own oven.
Serve with speedy butternut squash chips or a lovely salad, you can even top your pizza with red peppers and onions if you wish.
