How to make Slimming World Carrot Chips (EESP friendly)

For this I use a 300g bag of carrot batons. Pre heat the oven to 180° fan. Line a flat tray (must be flat not edged) with foil. Spray the foil lined tray with your choice of spray oil. Make sure it's suitable for roasting if you are using frylight, as some are only for frying. I use Frylight Olive Oil which has a roasting symbol on the bottle. Place the carrot chips on the tray and spray them with frylight. Put on the TOP shelf of the oven for 30 mins. Turn the chips over half way through roasting. Enjoy!
