Today's EESP meals

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, alpen light (HEB), fruit. Lunch: Ham Salad with balsamic dressing. Dinner: Minted Lamb with Flava it Mint marinade. Cauliflower, broccoli, and 2 Yorkshires. 6 syns (2 for marinade and 4 for yorkshires) Snack: Hifi light (HEB) and raspberries. Glass of milk (HEA)

Today's meals (EESP Day)

Today I had my usual breakfast of boiled eggs, hifi light and fruit. Lunch was a speed salad with WW sausages (2 syns) and baked beans for extra protein with a hifi for my second HEB. Dinner was grilled steak with stuffed peppers with Feta (hea) and an Asda Sweet Chilli Prawn Skewer (1/2 syn).

Slimming World Chicken Tikka Masala

I tried the Tikka Masala ready meal last night. It was delish! My husband even said it was the best curry he's had. I would definitely buy it again. I'm following EESP, so this meal wouldn't ordinarily be suitable, but on SP you are allowed to have an extra HEA or some free yogurt to boost your calcium. On that basis I feel happy to count the yogurt in the curry towards my extra calcium. I highly recommend giving this one a go. I served it with mixed speed vegetables. The dish is from The Range.

Yesterday's Meals (EESP Day)

This is what I had to eat yesterday. We had a family get together where party food was involved, so I had lunch before we left so I could avoid the food. The only syns were for the mint marinade on my lamb which was around 2 syns and my dessert which was 5 syns. My HEB were 2 Ryvita and 1 Hifi light with breakfast.

6 Syn Dessert

I bought myself this gorgeous dessert glass, although really it's a sort of wine goblet, but I thought it would make a lovely dessert dish. It is from Waitrose. LOVE the range of products there. For my 'dessert' I used raspberries, a Muller Light Chocolate Fix, and a teaspoon of Choc Shot. No cooking or making required. It is purely a presentation job. I layered raspberries, then Muller, then topped with a raspberry and drizzled a teaspoon of Sweet Freedom Choc Shot over the top. Nicely prepared food makes for a lovely eating experience. It really felt like a lovely treat and I will eat it this way again.
